Coty is a husband, father, and leader multiplier. For more than a decade, he has dedicated himself to helping others get intentional and strategic about their development and growth. When Coty isn’t traveling the country to speak and facilitate with leaders, you can find him in his home state of Kentucky spending time with his wife (Nikki), playing with his two daughters (Neva Lynn and Ellie June), or getting out in the woods to hunt turkeys. As a former FFA member and national officer, he is excited about the opportunity to speak at the 95th National FFA Convention and Expo.
