Frequently Asked Questions

Payment is due: August 1, 2026

Payment method: Please provide payment through the Exhibitor Portal (credit card ONLY)

Please note that all payments must be submitted through the portal and can only be made using a credit card. If you have any questions regarding payment methods, please contact us at expo@ffa.org.

If you are a Corporate Partner, your Regional Director will be reaching out personally for payment – do not use the exhibitor portal for payment.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made between August 3 and August 17, 2026, will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between August 18 and September 1, 2026, will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be granted for cancellations made on or after September 2, 2026.
  • Housing Opens: May 13, 2026 @ 6:00 PM EDT
    • If you need the link to reserve within the Exhibitor block, please reach out to expo@ffa.org
  • Cancellation Deadline: September 2, 2026 @ 5:00 PM EDT
  • Final Changes & Housing Closes: September 23, 2026 @ 5:00 PM EDT
    • Please do not contact your hotel until after September 24. Hotels need time to download all reservations once housing closes.

All reservations are reserved ONLINE and will require a valid credit card with an expiration date of November 1st, 2026. No reservations will be made by phone through the housing bureau. We suggest accessing the booking site on a computer and not the mobile site. If possible, avoid using Interest Explorer.

  • Registration Opens: Wednesday, September 9th @ 6pm ET
    • The Registration link will be shared later.
  • Registration Closes: Exhibitor registration remains open; however, if you need to purchase additional badges beyond your complimentary allotment for booth staff, badge prices will increase at intervals throughout the year after registration opens.
  • Registration Cancellation Fee Starts: September 30th @ 8pm ET

Reminder: Each company receives two (2) complimentary badges per 100 square feet of booth space. If you have a 10×10 booth you will receive (2) complimentary badges. Additional badges can be available to purchase at a discounted rate.

Exhibitor Registration Includes:

Wednesday to Saturday event access; includes entrance to one opening session, general sessions, American Degree Ceremony, Expo, Shopping Mall, Student and Teacher Workshops.

OneView Portal

This portal serves as your primary resource for exhibitor services and event logistics, including:

  • Shipping and material handling
  • Labor services
  • Booth furnishings and rentals
  • Large equipment forms (forms due by August 31, 2026)
    • If you are planning to bring in any heavy machinery/equipment, tractors, trailers, vehicles, etc. you MUST fill out the ‘Vehicle Placement Questionnaire’ and ‘Vehicle Display Dashboard Form’. These forms are located within the portal.
  • Furniture orders
  • Additional exhibitor resources

You may also view the list of services by the Indiana Convention Center through the OneView Portal, they can be found under ‘Additional Services’. These services include:

  • Electrical and Utility Services
  • Booth Catering
  • Hanging Sign Labor
  • Internet Services
  • Audio-Visual Services

If you plan to sample or give away any food or beverages in your booth, you need approval from the Indiana Convention Center. All sampling must be under 2 oz. If you’re only giving away candy, mints, or similar items, approval is not required.
