Early Bird registration rates (Sept. 12 — Oct. 3 at 8:00 p.m. EDT)
- $60 — Full Registration (If you have rooms reserved within the National FFA Housing Block or your school is within a 100-mile radius of the Indiana Convention Center and you drive back and forth each day)
- $85 — Full Registration (If you are not staying within the National FFA Housing Block)
- $35 — Daily Registration

- $43 — Daily Registration
Full Registration comes with full entry into the expo and shopping mall during operating hours, 1 opening session seat (you must select during registration if you want to have seats for Opening Session 1A, 1B or 1C), all general sessions (including the American Degree Ceremony), student and teacher workshops and the Blue Room. Full registrations do not include Career Success Tours, National Days of Service, concert, rodeo or hypnotist show entry.
The following are included for each daily registration:
- Wednesday Daily — full access to expo, shopping mall, either opening sessions 1A or 1B (must be selected during registration), student and teacher workshops and the Blue Room for Wednesday only. Does not include any Career Success Tours, National Days of Service, concert, rodeo or hypnotist show entry.
- Thursday Daily — full access to expo, shopping mall, either opening session 1C (must be selected during registration), general sessions, student and teacher workshops and the Blue Room for Thursday only. Does not include any Career Success Tours, National Days of Service, concert, rodeo or hypnotist show entry.
- Friday Daily — full access to expo, shopping mall, general sessions, student and teacher workshops and the Blue Room for Friday only. Does not include any Career Success Tours, National Days of Service, concert, rodeo or hypnotist show entry.
- Saturday Daily — full access to general sessions (including the American Degree Ceremony) and shopping mall during operating hours.
To pre-register online, access the link to registration by logging into your ffa.org account and click on the convention registration link within your dashboard. You may also register onsite starting Tues. Oct. 23 at 1:00 p.m. EDT at the Indiana Convention Center, Hall K.
No, the chapter advisor must log in to his/her ffa.org account and click on the National Convention Registration link within the dashboard.
It is preferred that the chapter advisor of the FFA member complete the registration so that attendee records are accurate. Chapter advisors may register a member from another chapter, however when they go to select the names of the members attending within the registration process they will have to manually enter in the name of that other chapter member.
To pre-register, the chapter advisor must log in to his/her ffa.org account and register any parent or guest by selecting the guest registration. Guests may also register onsite starting Tues. Oct. 23 at 1:00 p.m. EDT at the Indiana Convention Center, Hall K.
Yes, you can pay with a school PO during online pre-registration.
Convention name badges are not shipped. You must check in and pick them up at Onsite Registration at the Indiana Convention Center, Hall K. Hours of operation are:
- Tues. Oct. 23 1 p.m. EDT — 8 p.m. EDT
- Wed. Oct. 24 8 a.m. EDT — 8 p.m. EDT
- Thurs. Oct. 25 7 a.m. EDT — 8 p.m. EDT
- Fri. Oct. 26 8 a.m. EDT — 8 p.m. EDT
- Sat. Oct. 27 6:30 a.m. EDT — 9 a.m. EDT
- Sat. Oct. 27 6:30 a.m. Lucas Oil Stadium for American Degree Ceremony
Children 5 and under do not have to be registered for the convention. However, children 5 or under must have a purchased ticket to attend the concert or rodeo.
Parking passes for school buses, motor coaches and mini buses can be purchased through convention registration. Prices will range from $75-$125 for 4 — 5 day passes depending on the selected lot.
Click here for links to the garages and lots selling passes at the FFA rate for parking a standard vehicle, Sedan, truck, SUV or 15 passenger van. Prices range from $35 — $105 depending on the length of stay and lot and/or garage selected.

There are 3 hotel shuttles provided during convention. Shuttle passes can be purchased through online convention registration. Price is $40 per pass.

Yes. The concert for convention is a private event for registered convention attendees only. The link to purchase tickets to our private concert will be provided in your registration confirmation email. For a complete list of FAQs for the concert click here. Rodeo tickets can be purchased in 2018 through convention registration.
Yes. You will need to have your convention name badge to enter all convention events including the concert and rodeo.
For your safety, all convention participants are subject to TSA-style search at venue entry. This applies to all convention venues, including Indiana Convention Center, Lucas Oil Stadium, Bankers Life Fieldhouse and Indiana State Fairgrounds.
Prohibited items include but are not limited to:
- Knives (all types and all sizes)
- Alcohol, drugs, illegal substances, or any paraphernalia associated with drug use
- Beach balls or any projectiles or missiles
- Fireworks
- Flags/Signs with poles
- Laser pens/pointers of any type
- Noisemakers such as air horns
- Objects that obstruct another guest’s view
- Outside food or drinks
- Over-sized bags or duffel bags
- Pepper spray/Mace
- Poles or sticks
- Signs or banners
- Skateboards/roller blades
- Weapons of any type, including chains, knives, firearms, and spiked jewelry
- Any other item deemed unacceptable by event/building management
If a prohibited item is revealed during a search, guests may dispose of the item or return the item to their vehicle. No items can be checked at the venue.
There are several concession stands and 3 food courts located inside the Indiana Convention Center with multiple price ranges. Concession stands and food courts outside of the expo halls will be open:
- Tues. Oct. 23 1 p.m. — 6 p.m. | Georgia Street Lobby Food Court only
- Wed. Oct. 24 7 a.m. — 6 p.m.
- Thurs. Oct. 25 7 a.m. — 6 p.m.
- Fri. Oct. 26 7 a.m. — 6 p.m.
- Sat. Oct. 27 6:30 a.m. — Noon
All concessions located within the expo halls will be open during expo hours. Food trucks will be located outside the Indiana Convention Center on Georgia Street Thursday and Friday from 11 a.m. — 4 p.m.
